Return & Exchange Policy
We strive to deliver the best quality products to our customers. If you face any issue with your order, we offer Return and Exchange facilities under the following terms and conditions:
1. Wrong / Damaged / Defective Product
• If you receive a wrong product, damaged item, or a manufacturing defective product, you are eligible for return or exchange.
• A proper opening video is mandatory at the time of unboxing (video must be clear and without any cuts).
• No return or exchange request will be accepted without an opening video.
2. Size Exchange
• If the size does not fit, size exchange is available.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and original packaging.
3. Return Conditions
• Returns are accepted only if the product received is not the same as the product ordered or if an incorrect item has been delivered.
• Return or exchange requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
4. Return / Exchange Request Process
• Contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email.
• Share the opening video and clear product images.
• Requests will be approved only after verification.
• Once approved, return or exchange will be processed.
5. Important Notes
• Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Only one return or exchange is allowed per order.
6. Shipping Charges
• For wrong, damaged, or defective products, shipping charges will be borne by us.
• For size exchange, shipping charges must be paid by the customer
